Clock in with a PIN. Hours that hold up.

Staff tap their PIN on the shared tablet, no login or app needed. Each entry is matched to the published shift: breaks are tracked, late and early are noted, and a forgotten clock-out is caught. The manager sees every entry in Merchant, approves the week and exports payroll.

Opening and closing, done the brand's way.

HQ writes the checklist once, and every store runs the same one, with photos where it matters and temperatures checked against a range. A failed item turns into an issue on the spot. The closer signs with a PIN, and the manager sees who finished it and when.

Count stock and check deliveries where the stock is.

Walk the shelves with the tablet and count in the units you order in. Blank means not counted, never zero. When the HQ delivery arrives, check it against what was shipped and note anything short with a reason. The manager gets the count and the shortages in Merchant, ready for the next order.

The schedule, even for staff without a login.

Staff check this week and next on the tablet, even if they have no login of their own, and ask for time off right there. The request goes to the manager in Merchant, who approves or declines it. Staff who have the app get the answer on their phone too.

Done at the counter. Seen at every level.

  1. Tablet
The team does the work and signs it with a PIN.
  2. Merchant
The manager sees what's done, late or short, and approves hours.
  3. Brand HQ
Every store side by side: checklists, counts, labour %. Never franchise staff files.
